This project involves the rejuvenation of a courtyard for a retired couple. They wanted to creat a connexion between their living room, the existing alfresco and the courtyard while making the space low maintenance.

We created a deck to be levelled with the level of the living room to provide a nice flow and also to avoid any step. This deck will run up to a narrow garden bed along the rear boundary fence where we will have a trellis with wood posts to have plants climbing around, bringing some greenery and hiding the existing Colorbond fence.

A step down will give access to the other part of the courtyard and we will have a pathway made of Bluestone stepping stones surrounded by native plants. The watertank will be screened.
