This property does not have a backyard, this is the reason why they wanted a design for the front of the property.

My clients needed a safe front garden where they could have the children playing around, this is a slopy front yard with existing retaining wall on the boundary line that also needed to be rejuvenated and were actually falling apart. They wanted to create a level area where they could also park their cars. The idea was to create a strong link between the levels of the property, each section having a purpose. We have an existing deck that is going to be replaced and extended all around the house to create a nice flow, we will have dedicated turfed area where they children can play and dedicated entertaining areas such as a pergola with his fire pit/ seating.

Privacy is also a must, this is the reason we have low garden bed all around to maximise the intimacy of the clients and bring some greenery all around.
